It's My Turn: Daddy's 28th Birthday!

So here is the scoop...for the past 6 months my mom and dad keep writing about me.  I'm this many inches, this many ounces blah blah blah!  They have neglected to let all of you know what they have been up to.

Let me just ask...
What am I getting myself into?  My parents are crazy!

Just see the pictures from my daddy's 28th birthday!  Yeah, I know it is only fair for everyone to celebrate their birthday but ridin' a hog at Hawg's Pen with Uncle Nick on the back? I never knew my daddy was that crazy!  Who does he think he is?

The night started off pretty laid back.  Grammy Doyle brought Daddy down his favorite ice cream cake (ok it is mom and I's favorite too), he opened his cards and presents and went up to the school to watch/coach basketball.  They were playing Concord Christian Academy in the Christmas Tourney which Daddy was pretty confident he was going to beat.  We went up to the game with Auntie Deidra and met mom & dad's friends there.  Oh and Auntie & Uncle Nick showed up too.  The game was pretty boring because the Tiger boys won by a lot, thankfully because that meant Daddy was going to be in a good mood!  Everyone came over for a little bit to have drinks and socialize.

Then Uncle Nick had a wonderfully brilliant idea...he thought everyone should go to the bar to have some shots.  YUK!  I knew this was a bad idea from the feeling in mom's stomach.  Daddy didn't need shots.  We got to Hawg's Pen around 11:15, way past my bedtime but that's okay because it was a special day.

Daddy met some of his friends and that is when the girls (thanks goodness) got their own table and hung out while the guys did their thing.  Mom got some good pictures with my really nice Aunties.  I really like them all a lot!
The men played pool and had shots and beers.
I can't believe mom and auntie had to ride the hog before they left!
Uncle Nick was happy and talkative! P.S. Straighten your bills next time Uncle! he he

So it is a new day and I am really tired after such an exciting night.  That is why alls I am doing today is sleeping.  No kicking or moving for me!

All in all, I think Daddy had a really fun birthday.  I am excited to be part of all this fun when I am out in the world.  Mom and Dad really have some great family and friends.  Thanks everyone for helping to make my dad's birthday a lot of fun!

Trey Loves the SNOW!!

He also loves rocks!
So here is my first video! Yeah!  Now that I figured out what was wrong with my camera, the next video will have sound!

Merry Christmas!

We hope everyone had a nice Christmas!  Pat and I had a wonderful day.  It was so nice to spend the day with our families.  We really soaked up the lack of responsibility and peace this year because we know that next year will be very different.  It will be very fun but much busier.

Pat & I got lots of nice gifts from everyone!  Lots of memory saver tools!

Oh I can't forget the baby girl... she got lots of clothes from GG Nanny and Grammy Doyle.  She is going to love them!

And SpongeBob girl...she got lots of Dora toys! You have to see how she managed to open her Dora Doll House.  It was a pretty big box.

Christmas Eve!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICOLE!!

Every Christmas Eve we all get together at Nick & Nicole's for Nicole's birthday.  What a blast!  This year someone special surprised us.  We were all eating, Nicole was opening her birthday presents and Saige was opening her gifts from Auntie Niki & Uncle Nick when all of a sudden there was a knock at the door.  Nicole opened the door and it was none other than... SANTA.
He said, "Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!"  He brought in his sack and gave presents to Saige, Sierra, and Hunter. He left in a flash so that he could bring all the boys and girls their toys in time. Saige got her first basketball and it was pink!  She loved it! She even tossed it to Santa. She is already a natural player!
Sierra got some jewelry and Hunter got some baseball cards.  It was a very fun and eventful night! Here are some other fun photos from the night!

A Blast from the Past!

It is crazy how fast time passes!
Today I have been sitting around organizing some of my pictures that I have on my computer.  I have enjoyed looking through all of my pictures because it reminds me of all of the fun times Pat and I have had.  It has also made me realize how lucky we are to have such great friends and family. I thought it would be fun if I posted some of them.

WHITE Christmas?

It looks like New England is going to have a white Christmas this year.  Last night 8 or 9 inches of snow fell and then another 10 inches are going to fall tomorrow.  This weather is so crazy.  Here is what it looks like here.  I'm not sure if I should be excited.
This snow was super fluffy!  Tomorrow's snow is going to wet, heavy and sticky.

Here I am!

Thankfully my cold didn't stay for long.  I laid on the couch all day Tuesday and drank a ton of water and OJ.  Now I just have some leftover junk in my sinuses.  I said I would post a picture.  I will be at 24 weeks this weekend and I go to the doctors on Monday afternoon.  Oh and I went back to work today which was nice.

Crazy Times!

Well, what an eventful weekend!  So we finally have power, cable and internet back.  You never realize how much you depend on these things until they are gone.  Now I am just awaiting word that I can go back to school.  We have been off since Friday.  Today I went out and finished up Christmas shopping and tomorrow I think I am going to hang around the house and rest.  I am getting a cold, thanks to Saige and Shannon!

Also Pat and I have finally decided on a first name for the baby!  What a process this has been.  Her name is going to be Jacie.  We are going to try and think about a middle name, it's not going to be Lynn.  She is growing rapidly and time is flying by.  Right now we are at 23 weeks and she is about 1 pound and 8 inches long.  Something like the size of a small baby doll.  She seems to be pretty active, although I can't exactly feel kicking just yet.

Hope everyone is doing well. I will post a picture when I am feeling better!

Hello Baby Doyle!

So tonight Saige came over for a couple of hours and I was showing her pictures of when she was a baby.  I thought all of you would enjoy this picture!
This picture was taken the day after she was born.  I enjoy looking at this picture because it reminds me that Pat and I can do this.  It looks natural.  Well at least that is what I tell myself.
So this is the three of us now.  I feel as though each day the baby takes up more space in my body.  Lately there has been a lot of stuff going on in my belly but I have no idea what it is.  I have to be super careful of how I move because it feels like I am pulling every muscle in my pelvic area.  I wore this dress today (thanks to mom).  It was sooo comfortable and holiday like.
